综述了压铸技术在汽车工业中的应用研究进展及其在实现汽车轻量化和提高生产效率方面的关键作用.在铝合金材料上应用一化压铸技术可推动汽车工业绿色转型.对压铸过程中常见的缺陷(气孔、缩孔等)及其优化方法进行了全面分析,并提出了相应优化策略.旨在为压铸技术在未来的发展提供一定帮助,以期达到提升铸件质量、降低生产成本、实现可持续发展的目标.
Research Progress of Die Casting Technology
The application of die casting technology in the automotive industry and its key role in achieving lightweight and improv-ing production efficiency were reviewed.The application of integrated die casting technology on aluminium alloy materials can pro-mote the green transformation of automobile industry.The common defects(gas cavity,shrinkage cavity,etc.)in die casting process and their optimization methods were comprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding optimization strategies were put forward.It aims to provide some help for the future development of die casting technology,in order to achieve the goal of improving casting qual-ity,reducing production costs and achieving sustainable development.
