6061铝合金双辊铸轧凝固过程模拟研究

根据NF6-300立式双辊薄带连铸轧机,利用有限元软件建立双辊铸轧工艺铸轧区三维模型,分析不同浇注温度及铸轧速度对6061铝合金双辊铸轧区的温度场及凝固终点的影响.研究结果表明,随着浇铸温度与铸轧速度的提高,铸轧区整体温度提高,横向温度偏析程度降低,凝固终点位置向出口处移动,高度分布更加均匀.6061铝合金铸轧工艺的最佳参数组合如下:浇注温度为690~710℃,铸轧速度为13~15 m/min.
Simulation Study on the Solidification Process of 6061 Aluminium Alloy by Twin-roll Casting
Based on NF6-300 vertical twin-roll thin strip continuous casting machine,the three-dimensional model of the casting and rolling zone of the two-roll casting and rolling process was established by using finite element software.The results show that with the increase of casting temperature and casting rolling speed,the overall temperature in the casting and rolling zone increases,the trans-verse temperature segregation degree decreases,the solidification end point moves to the exit,and the height distribution becomes more uniform.The optimum parameter combination of casting and rolling process of 6061 aluminium alloy is as follows:casting tem-perature is 690~710℃,casting and rolling speed is 13~15 m/min.
