冷轧率对3104铝合金板材力学性能与织构影响研究

使用试验室冷轧机对工业化生产的3104铝合金热轧板进行了冷轧率为84.5%~92.0%的冷轧,之后使用拉伸性能测试、制耳率测试和基于X射线衍射(XRD)的织构测试对不同冷轧率制备的板材进行了分析评价.结果表明:随着冷轧率的提高,材料的屈服强度从261 MPa提升至275 MPa,伸长率从5.7%降低至4.2%,制耳率从1.36%升高至3.31%;由轧制产生的β取向线织构占比逐渐升高,立方织构占比逐渐降低.
Effect of Cold Rolling Rate on Mechanical Properties and Texture of 3104 Aluminium Alloy Sheet
The industrial 3104 hot rolled sheets were cold rolled in the range of 84.5%~92.0%by the experimental cold rolling mills.Then,the cold rolled sheets prepared with different cold rolling rates were analyzed and evaluated by mechanical tensile properties test,earing rate test and texture test based on X-ray diffraction(XRD).With the increase of cold rolling rate,the yield strength of the mate-rial increases from 261 MPa to 275 MPa,the elongation decreases from 5.7%to 4.2%,and the earing rate increases from 1.36%to 3.31%.The texture proportion of β-fiber produced by rolling gradually increases,and the cube texture proportion gradually decreas-es.
