铝合金短周期拉弧式螺柱焊工艺研究

对铝合金进行短周期拉弧式螺柱焊时,合适的焊接工艺参数是获得优良焊接接头的必要条件.针对2.5 mm厚6063-T6铝合金挤压型材进行螺柱焊工艺参数优化研究,通过控制变量的方法,分析了焊接电流、通电时间等参数对焊接接头的外观形貌、力学参数、金相组织及各区域组织特征的影响.经优化,获得了较佳的焊接工艺参数且焊接接头质量满足ISO 14555:2017标准要求.
Research on the Process of Aluminium Alloy Short Cycle Dyawn Arc Stud Welding
Suitable welding process parameters are the necessary conditions for obtaining excellent welded joints in short-cycle drawn arc stud welding of aluminium alloy.The optimization of stud welding parameters for 6063-T6 aluminium alloy extruded profiles with thickness of 2.5 mm was studied.The influence of welding current,weld time and other parameters on the appearance,mechani-cal properties,metallographic structure and regional structure characteristics of welded joints was analyzed by controlling variables.Af-ter optimization,better welding parameters were obtained and the quality of the welded joint met the requirements of ISO 14555:2017.
