Research on Heavy-Duty Anticorrosion Technology for Aluminium Alloy Components in Amphibious Environment
To meet the lightweight needs,military vehicles have gradually increased the use of lightweight materials such as aluminium alloy.And the amphibious environment conditions are harsh,in which the salt and humidity are high.This presents a new challenge to the design and management of heavy-duty anticorrosion process.Taking a variety of aluminium alloy components such as 5A06 and 7075 as the study object,anodic oxidation treatment,hard anodic oxidation treatment and roughing treatment were used respectively,and then fluorocarbon system coatings were applied.And the compatibility and heavy-duty anticorrosion property of coatings were analyzed and studied.Through a number of indoor simulation acceleration tests and the comparison and analysis of test data,the envi-ronmental adaptability of each heavy-duty anticorrosion protection scheme was tested,and the most suitable heavy-duty anticorro-sion protection process scheme for aluminum alloy components was selected.
