Dynamic Response Analysis of Newly-built Pipe Gallery Undercrossing Operating Railway in Incremental Launching
When pipe gallery needs to pass through existing operating railway in close distance, the stability of the temporary line reinforcement system will determines the security of the operating railway.Based on the project of pipe gallery of Meiguan Expressway undercrossing Pinghu—Nantou Railway in Shenzhen, the finite element numerical analysis method was used to analyze the stress deformation characteristics of each structure of the line reinforcement system under different traffic conditions. The results show that, the maximum vertical deformation of D beam when trains run on two lines in the same direction is 1.32 times of that when trains in the opposite direction;where the reinforcement system integrating type D steel beam, supporting pile and anchorage structure is adopted, each maximum vertical displacement does not exceed 3 mm,realizing millimeter-level settlement control for undercrossing construction of pipe gallery with push-down methold.
