摘要

安哥拉SOYO Ⅰ联合循环电站取水玻璃钢管道穿越刚果河滩沼泽地段,玻璃钢管双管布置,管径D=600 mm,管节长6m,管节间采用双"O"型整体式承插连接,管道与设备、阀门采用法兰连接.对特殊、复杂地质条件下的玻璃钢管道安装方法进行改进,通过合理选取取水管材,确定最优管道基础处理方案,严格水压试验,确保玻璃钢管安装质量等措施,工程质量得到有效保证.

Abstract

Angola SOYO Ⅰ combined cycle power station water intake FRP pipe through the swampy section of Congo River bank,FRP pipe double pipe arrangement,pipe diameter D=600 mm,pipe section length of 6 m,pipe section using double"O"type integral socket connection,pipe and equipment,valves using flange connection.The installation method of FRP pipe under special and complex geological conditions is improved.Through the reasonable selection of water intake pipe,the optimal pipeline treatent scheme is determined.By strictly hydraulic testing and the ensured measures of the installation quality of glass steel pipes,the quality of the project has been effectively guaranteed.
