摘要

以天津某新建地铁盾构区间近距离下穿运营区间工程为背景,采用数值计算方法对运营区间变形进行预估分析.根据运营区间位移变化规律,除常规注浆等施工处理措施外,对穿越段采用克泥效工法,实际监测数据分析发现:监测数据均小于预估分析值,且变化趋势基本一致;施工后沉降满足相关规范要求;克泥效工法措施能有效地控制变形.

Abstract

Taking the project of a newly-built subway shield tunnel interval close underpass operating intervals in Tianjin as the background,the use of numerical calculation methods on the operating intervals of the deformation of the prediction analysis is carried out.According to the operating interval displacement change rule,in addition to conventional grouting and other construction measures,the crossing section is constructed by the mud control method.The actual monitoring data is analyzed and found that the monitoring data are less than the predicted value of the analysis,and the trend of change is basically the same.The settlement after construction meet the relevant specifications.The deformation can be controlled effectively with the construction measures by the mud control methold.
