摘要
基于沪通铁路上海东动车所淤泥质土地基塑料排水板联合真空预压处理项目,介绍塑料排水板施工机械和材料的选择、塑料排水板打设、密封墙施工、真空管网铺设和连接、密封膜铺设和密封、真空泵的安装和抽真空、堆载预压加载和卸载等技术要点.施工后各项指标符合设计及验标要求,固结土体取得良好效果.
Abstract
Based on the project of plastic drainage board combined with vacuum preloading treatment on silty soil in Shanghai East High-speed Railway Station,the technical points are introduced from the following aspects:the selection of plastic drainage board construction machinery and materials,plastic drainage board laying,sealing wall construction,vacuum pipe network laying and connection,sealing membrane laying and sealing,vacuum pump installation and vacuum pumping,loading and unloading of heap load pre-pressure,etc.After the construction,all the indexes meet the requirements of the design and the inspection,and the soil consolidation has achieved good results.
