摘要

依托南亚某国特长引水隧道工程,对影响小断面双护盾TBM施工进度的地质条件、资源组织、技术方案、环境等因素进行分析,通过科学的管理理念和多种技术措施,以及适宜的制度建设和精细化的过程控制,提升掘进效率,TBM施工进度屡次实现重大突破.

Abstract

Relying on the extra-long water diversion tunnel project in a South Asian country,the geological,resource organization,technical scheme and environmental and other factors affecting the construction progress of the small section double-shield TBM are analyzed.Through scientific management concepts and a variety of technical measures,as well as appropriate system construction and refined process control,the excavation efficiency has been improved,and the TBM construction schedule has repeatedly achieved major breakthroughs.
