Study on Snow Damage Alignment of National Highway 219 from Hot Springs to Highway
Based on the highway construction project of the national highway G219-line hot spring to Khorgos traversing the Western Tianshan Mountains, the spatial and temporal distribution of temperature, precipitation, and wind speed is obtained by collecting and analyzing meteorological information. The method of remote sensing investigation of snow environmental information is used to analyze the type, distribution range, thickness and causes of snow that affect the route and roadbed design. The morphology, area, location, accumulation characteristics, avalanche volume, and location of avalanche fissure points in the avalanche accumulation area are simulated and analyzed, the grading assessment of wind-blown snow disaster is conducted.According to the distribution and development of snow hazards, combined with the topographic and geological conditions, the two inlets and two outlets of the Kyzyl tunnel are compared for the combination of programs. It is recommended to comprehensively adopt the disposal measures such as route by passing, elevating the roadbed, setting up snow retaining walls, open holes,snow-proofing shed holes, etc.,and under the premise of reasonable cost that the snow hazards as a whole are controllable, and that the conditions for upgrading and reconstruction are reserved, the adoption of a K-line program is recommended.
