荆州市城北快速路路基填料方案比选研究

为破解荆州市城北快速路路基填料匮乏和建筑垃圾填埋用地紧张的难题,从设计角度对百万量级需求的路基填料进行比选分析.调查土源和当地特有材料江砂,进行物理试验;明确填料的选用原则,并进行可用性分析;从材料特性、工程需求、运输条件、开采条件、环境保护等方面对填料组合方案进行技术经济比选;对拆迁产生的建筑固废料进行填筑路基试验.结果表明:#6砾类土为主的填料组合方案最优,工期最易保证,填筑质量最佳,在全线项目应用,路基容许工后变形满足规范要求;总结出建筑固废料填筑路基的技术要求及验收标准,实际利用率达95%,填料匮乏和建筑垃圾填埋用地紧张的难题得到有效解决.
Comparison and Selection of Subgrade Filling Schemes for Jingzhou City North Expressway
In order to solve the problem of shortage of subgrade fill and shortage of land for landfill of construction waste in Jingzhou City North Expressway,from the design point of view,the subgrade filling with millions of demands is compared and analyzed.This article investigated the soil sources and local river sand conducted physical tests,clarified the selection principles of fillers,and analyzed their usability.A technical and economic comparison of filler combination solutions was made from the aspects of material properties,engineering requirements,transportation conditions,mining conditions and environmental protection.The subgrade filling test was carried out on construction solid waste generated by demolition.The result shows that the #6 gravelly soil-based filler combination solution is the best,for it promises the explicit construction period and the excellent filling quality.Even if it is used in the entire project,the allowable post-construction subgrade deformation can meet the specifications.According to the technical requirements and acceptance standards for the subgrade filling with construction solid waste summarized in this article,the actual utilization rate of construction solid waste reaches 95%.The problem of shortage of fill and shortage of land for construction waste landfill have been effectively solved.
