Research on Foundation Pit Supporting Characteristics of T-shaped Underground Diaphragm Wall
The stress and supporting characteristics of T-shaped underground diaphragm wall are studied and analyzed. The internal force and displacement of the wall are deduced by elastic foundation beam method combined with the principle of equivalent stiffness.Through using theoretical calculation, numerical analysis and other methods, the three-dimensional finite element model of T-shaped underground diaphragm wall foundation pit support was established to analyze the horizontal displacement of the wall and the settlement law of the ground behind the wall at different excavation depths and different sections during the foundation pit excavation. The results show the soil deformation in the 1/3~1/2 rib length range from the wall side to the outer rib end is greatly affected by the wall rib in the case of using T-shaped underground diaphragm wall for foundation pit supporting. However, under a certain excavation depth, there is an optimalwall thickness.Under the premise of meeting the deformation requirements of foundation pit,the wall thickness can be appropriately reduced to improve the engineering economy.
