Key Technology for Laying CRTSⅢ Track Slab of High-speed Railway in Gannan Mountainous Area
Relying on the railway engineering project of the CGZQ-11 Section of Nanchang-Ganzhou Passenger Special Line in the mountainous area of Southern Jiangxi,aimming at the problems,i.e.the existing CRTSⅢ plate ballastless track laying technology can not adapt to the mountainous construction environment,and the track slab laying organization and key equipment tooling have no mature application experience,combined with the construction environment and the characteristics of track laying process in mountainous areas,the construction organization scheme of track slab laying operation surface division,construction process flow,operation section layout,track slab temporary,self-compacting concrete supply is elaborated,the key equipment tooling and post-construction defect maintenance equipment tooling of the mountain paving are developed and improved.It provides reference for the construction of similar engineering projects.
