摘要

为保证高速铁路路基稳定性,提高路基边坡坡率精准度,依托雄忻高铁山西段站前4标#3路基工程项目,应用北斗卫星定位系统,研制TX63挖掘机作业臂控制系统,介绍系统架构、作业流程和使用范围,其机理为准确控制刷坡挖掘机的作业作业臂角度与设计坡率相适应,系统在提高刷坡精确度的同时提升刷坡作业效率,可达到质量保证与效益提升的双赢目的.

Abstract

In order to ensure the stability of high-speed railway roadbed and improve the accuracy of roadbed slope rate,relying on the station 4 section #3 roadbed project of Xiongan-Xinzhou High-speed Railway Shanxi section,the Beidou satellite positioning system is applied to develop the TX63 excavator operation arm control system,and the system architecture,operation process and application scope are introduced.The mechanism is to accurately control the arm angle of the slope cutting excavator to adapt to the design slope rate.The system improves the efficiency of slope cutting while improving the accuracy of slope cutting,which can not only ensure quality but also improve benefit.
