大断面浅埋暗挖隧道下穿既有公路方案研究

以浙江某新建铁路隧道下穿X604县道为工程背景,通过数值模拟结合实测数据分析不同超前支护方式、隧道开挖方法对既有公路变形的影响.结果表明:地表沉降主要发生在掌子面1倍洞径范围内,超前支护中管棚在控制变形方面更有优势,但施工技术较复杂;分部开挖能有效减少应力释放,CD法在控制变形方面优于三台阶法和两台阶法;综合沉降控制、经济成本、施工难度等因素,采用两台阶法施工+超前小导管注浆支护更为合理.
Study on the Scheme of Large Section Shallow Buried Tunnel Underneath the Existing Highway
A new railroad tunnel under X604 county road in Zhejiang Province is taken as the background of the project,and the influence of different over-head support and tunnel excavation methods on the deformation of the existing highway is analyzed through numerical simulation combined with measured data.The results show that:the surface settlement mainly occurs in the palm face within one times the diameter of the hole,the tube shed in the overrun support is more advantageous in controlling the deformation,but the construction technology is more complicated.The partial excavation can effectively reduce the stress release,the CD method is better than the three-step method and the two-step method in controlling the deformation.By considering the settlement control,economic cost,construction difficulty and other factors,the two-step method and adopting the overrun small conduit grouting support method are more reasonable.
