摘要

依托云南省勐绿高速公路金扬河隧道右线进口段,对富水地层炭质页岩隧道三台阶法施工中的初期支护侵限问题进行分析研究,从变形控制、径向注浆加固、支护加强、钢架拆换、开挖方法优化等方面,针对性地采取处治措施,结合围岩变形监测,成功解决初期支护侵限问题并确保了施工安全.

Abstract

Based on the entrance section of Jinyanghe Tunnel on the right line of Mengla-Lvchun Expressway in Yunnan Province,it analyzes and studies the initial support penetration during the three-step construction of carboniferous shale tunnel in water-rich stratum.Targeted treatment measures are taken from deformation control,radial grouting reinforcement,support strengthening,steel frame disassembly and replacement and excavation method optimization,and the problem of initial support penetration was solved successfully and the construction safety was ensured combined with the deformation monitoring of surrounding rock.
