软弱破碎岩层浅埋隧道地表注浆加固

以于都1号隧道工程项目为依托,在穿越地层断裂带、周边围岩松散、自稳定性能差、埋深约39~58m、长度155m软弱围岩段,研究软弱地层中浅埋隧道地表注浆加固技术措施,对注浆前后岩层进行取芯对比、超前钻探及掌子面地层揭示对比、地下水量对比等,表明地层加固效果良好.
Surface Grouting Reinforcement of Shallow-buried Tunnel in Weak and Broken Rock Stratum
Based on the Yudu #1 Tunnel project,the technical measures for surface grouting reinforcement of shallow-buried tunnels in weak strata are studied in the soft surrounding rock section with a depth of 39-58 m and a length of 155 m,which passes through the formation fracture zone,with loose surrounding rock,poor self-stability.The coring comparison,advance drilling,revealing comparison of face strata and underground water quantity comparison before and after grouting show that the formation consolidation effect is good.
