Research on Pavement Performance of Cement Stabilized Construction Waste Recycled Aggregate Base
In order to explore the suitable material mix ratio of cement stabilized construction waste recycled material base, the basic performance test of construction waste recycled aggregate is carried out.Two forming methods, four cement doses and five brick aggregate mix ratios are used for pavement performance tests. The results demonstrate that the crushing value of recycled aggregate decreases linearly with the increase of brick aggregate content. The unconfined compression strength of the base obtained by the vibratory compaction method is 1.5 times that obtained by the heavy compaction method. The unconfined compression strength and splitting strength of the recycled aggregate base increase linearly with the increase of cement dose, and decrease linearly with the increase of brick aggregate content. The cement dose and brick aggregate content have a more significant influence on unconfined compression strength and a lower impact on the splitting strength;the influence of cement dose is more significant than that of brick aggregate. With the increase of brick aggregate content, the water loss rate of recycled aggregate base increases, but the dry shrinkage coefficient decreases. The frost resistance property of brick decreases with the increase of aggregate content, and the frost resistance property of a skeleton compact structure is better than that of a suspension compact structure.
