Experimental Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Loess Improved by Calcium Carbide Slag
Based on the loess subgrade filling project of Luojiu Highway in Lanzhou City, the dynamic test of calcium carbide slag improved loess subgrade under different low temperature and stress amplitude was carried out to analyze the dynamic response characteristics of loess and calcium carbide slag improved soil, and the cumulative plastic strain prediction model of calcium carbide slag improved soil was established. The results show that the static strength of loess can be increased by 7.11%-43.37%by adding 10.00%calcium carbide slag under different low temperature conditions.Under different low temperature and stress amplitude, calcium carbide slag can increase the resilience modulus of loess by 6.54%-20.74%,and reduce the cumulative plastic strain by 29.50%-65.70%.The accuracy of cumulative plastic strain prediction model of calcium carbide slag improved soil can reach more than 0.96.
