温拌型沥青混合料两阶段拌和技术研究

摘要
基于中心复合设计方法及沥青混合料路用性能试验,对温拌型沥青混合料两阶段拌和技术进行研究.得出两阶段拌和模式下拌和质量的影响因素,设计和验证拌和温度、预拌沥青用量、预拌时间、第二阶段拌和时间等重要的拌和工艺参数;路用性能试验结果表明:温拌型沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性等方面均有显著提升.
Abstract
Based on the method for central composite design and the pavement performance test on asphalt mixture,the two-stage mixing technology of warm mix asphalt was studied.Some important technological parameters under the mode of two-stage mixing,such as the factors influencing the mixing quality,the design and verified mixing temperature,the premixing amount of asphalt,the time of premixing,and the time of mixing in the second stage,were obtained.The result of pavement performance test shows that there appear obvious increases on high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of warm mix asphalt mixture.
