卸荷式U型结构在铁路工程中的应用

摘要
为优化U型结构形式,降低工程造价,提出卸荷式U型结构方案.通过实例计算及有限元模拟,对比传统U型结构与卸荷式U型结构的力学性状.结果表明:卸荷式U型结构可有效减小边墙底部弯矩,充分发挥材料性能,改善U型结构的受力,同时可节省用料,降低造价.
Abstract
In order to optimize U-shaped structure and reduce engineering cost,the unloading U-shaped structure scheme is proposed.The mechanical properties of traditional U-shaped structure and unloading U-shaped structure are compared by example calculation and finite element simulation.The results show that the unloading U-shaped structure can effectively reduce the bottom bending moment of the side wall,give full play to the material properties,improve the force of the U-shaped structure,and save materials and reduce the cost.
