摘要
针对边坡加固中的排水沟施工工艺,研发一种基于复合材料的装配式排水沟,对该水沟的材料、工程特性进行测试分析,并成功应用于深圳市某边坡治理项目.该水沟施工快捷,糙率为0.0116,其排水能力强于同截面尺寸混凝土排水沟;连接板可承受物体的最大质量约为202 kg,可供行人通行;根据荧光灯加速老化试验结果推算,使用年限约为51年,满足永久排水沟的使用年限要求;具有强度高、耐久性强、运输轻便、成本低于钢筋混凝土排水沟、适应性强以及低碳环保等优点.
Abstract
According to the construction technology of drainage ditch in slope reinforcement,a kind of prefabricated drainage ditch based on composite materials was researched and developed,the material and engineering characteristics of the drainage ditch were tested and analyzed,and it was successfully applied to a slope treatment project in Shenzhen.The construction of the ditch is fast and the roughness ratio is 0.0116.The drainage capacity of the ditch is stronger than that of the concrete ditch of the same section size.The connecting plate can withstand a maximum mass of approximately 202 kg of objects,making it suitable for pedestrian passage.According to the accelerated aging test results of fluorescent lamps,the service life of the ditch is estimated to be about 51 years,meeting the service life requirements of permanent drainage ditches.It has the advantages of high strength,strong durability,easy to transport,lower cost than reinforced concrete drainage ditch,strong adaptability and low carbon environmental protection.
