砂卵石地层地铁区间下穿机场停机坪施工技术

为减小地铁区间下穿机场停机坪施工引起的地表沉降,保证机场正常运营,依托成都轨道交通30号线下穿双流机场工程,采取微动探测技术、优化同步注浆参数、洞内注浆加固围岩等措施;采用有限元软件对盾构施工过程进行模拟,分析飞机荷载对地表沉降的影响.结果表明:飞机荷载作用下地表沉降增大,地表沉降曲线呈W型,左线隧道中线地表沉降最大,其值为5.37 mm,满足机场地表变形控制要求;微动探测技术可有效探测不良地质体,减小地表滞后沉降.
Construction Technology of Metro Tunnel underpassing Airport Apron in Sandy Cobble Stratum
In order to reduce the ground surface settlement caused by the construction of the metro tunnel underpassing airport apron and ensure the normal operation of the airport,the microtremor survey technology,optimization of synchronous grouting parameters,grouting in the tunnel to strengthen the surrounding rock and other measures are adopted relying on the project of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 30 underpassing Shuangliu Airport.The finite element method is used to simulate the shield construction process and analyze the influence of aircraft load on the ground surface settlement.The results show that the ground surface settlement increases under the action of aircraft load,and the surface settlement curve is W-shaped.The surface settlement in the middle line of the tunnel on the left line is the largest,and its value is 5.37 mm,which meets the requirements of surface deformation control at the airport.The microtremor survey technology can effectively detect bad geological bodies and reduce surface lag settlement.
