Structural Design of In-line Shoulder Damping Fastener for Urban Rail Transit
In this paper, the structural design of the in-line shoulder damping fastener is studied. The fastener parts are connected vertically by nested type, and the assembly height is equivalent to that of ordinary fasteners, and the two can be easily interchanged. The in-line structure is adopted in the lateral, and the lateral shoulder is added to improve the lateral stiffness and gauge keeping ability. The vertical stiffness is set reasonably to improve the damping performance of fasteners. The mechanical properties of fasteners were analyzed by finite element method, and the stiffness, stability and vibration damping properties of fasteners were tested by a series of fastener assembly tests. The results show that the structure of the fastener is safe and reliable, and it is easy to interchange with ordinary fasteners. It can effectively improve and enhance the level of track vibration and noise reduction in the medium vibration damping area of urban rail transit, save operation and maintenance costs, and has broad application prospect and promotional value.
