Study on Construction Mechanical Characteristics of Shield Tunneling Underpass Super Large Operating Railway Hub
Based on the project of shield tunneling through Zhengzhou North Marshalling Station from Wulongkou Station to Tongle Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 8,by conducting three-dimensional finite element analysis and field measurements,we have analyzed the construction mechanical characteristics of shield tunneling through a super-large railway marshalling station to ensure the safe and efficient passage of the shield underpass super-large railway marshalling station. The results show that after double-line crossing the shield range, both the subgrade and track experience a'V'shaped.Settlement is more significant within the shield range and decreases as one moves away from the sides of the shield range, following a similar trend to Peck's formula.Settlement deformation propagates from bottom to top, resulting in less settlement for tracks compared to subgrades while maintaining a similar change trend. Both subgrade settlement and track settlement meet control value requirements, validating the safety and feasibility of implementing a 3-5-3 buckle rail reinforcement scheme. The maximum settlement observed in warehouse pile foundations is 6.443 mm,satisfying the control value requirement of 10.000 mm.Additionally, differential settlements in pile foundations also comply with control value requirements.Overall, shield tunneling has minimal impact on warehouse pile foundations.
