摘要

以胶州湾第二海底隧道工程为背景,开展穿越海底断层破碎带隧道采用钻爆法施工的安全风险分析.针对地质勘察、超前地质预报、断层破碎带突水涌泥、爆破有害效应等施工最突出的风险因素进行系统分析,并提出综合地质探测技术,利用服务隧道进行综合超前地质预报方案,超前帷幕注浆和超前小导管技术,松动爆破、光面爆破和控制爆破等风险控制措施.

Abstract

Taking the second Jiaozhou Bay submarine tunnel project as the background,the safety risk analysis of tunneling through the submarine fault fracture zone by drilling and blasting method is carried out.Based on the most prominent risk factors of construction such as geological investigation,advance geological prediction,water gushing and mud gushing in fault fracture zone,harmful effect of blasting,the systematic analysis is carried out,and the risk control measures such as comprehensive geological detection technology,comprehensive advance geological prediction scheme using service tunnel,advance curtain grouting and advance small pipe technology,loose blasting,smooth blasting and control blasting are put forward.
