某高速公路特大桥右侧山体发生大规模花岗岩拉裂式崩塌灾害,在坡面高位残留危岩体等多种不利条件干扰下,需短时间内抢通并确保左线高速道路双向通行。详细介绍应急抢险全过程,在对灾害现场和崩塌危岩进行地质调查分析的基础上,制定"全方位监控量测预警预报,落石路径拦截引导+既有工程结构物保护,分层、多次定向小剂量爆破、清除崩塌体"的综合应急抢险方案和恢复重建步骤。仅6天时间即成功完成应急抢险工作,为桥梁恢复重建施工作业安全提供了有力保障。
Disaster and Emergency Treatment of Steep Mountain Collapse in Complex Mountainous Area
A large-scale granite tensile collapse occurred on the right side of a super major bridge of a highway.Under the interference of many unfavorable conditions such as the residual dangerous rock mass at high level of slope,it is necessary to repair and ensure the two-way traffic of the left side in a short time.The whole process of emergency rescue is introduced in detail.On the basis of geological investigation and analysis of the disaster site and collapse dangerous rock,the comprehensive emergency rescue plan and recovery and reconstruction steps of"all-round monitoring,measurement,early warning and forecast,rock fall path intercepting and guiding+protection of existing engineering structures,stratified,multiple directional small-dose blasting,and removal of collapse accumulation"are formulated.The emergency rescue was successfully completed in only 6 days,providing a strong guarantee for the safety of bridge restoration and reconstruction construction.
