不同RAP掺量天然高模量沥青热再生混合料性能研究

将高模量沥青混合料低空隙率、连续级配、高油石比的技术特点应用于厂拌热再生沥青混合料中,以解决厂拌高RAP掺量热再生沥青混合料低温抗裂性和耐久性不足的问题.结果表明:随着RAP掺量的增加,热再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高,但是水稳定性、抗裂性能和抗疲劳性能降低,20%RAP~50%RAP天然高模量热再生混合料在20℃、10Hz试验条件下的动态回弹模量不小于13000MPa,同时130με微应变水平下的疲劳寿命大于100万次,满足高模量沥青混合料技术指标要求.
Study on the Properties of Natural High Modulus Asphalt Hot Recycled Mixture with Different RAP Content
The technical characteristics of high modulus asphalt mixture with low porosity,continuous grading and high asphalt-aggregate ratio were applied to factory-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture to solve the problem of low temperature crack resistance and insufficient durability of factory-mixed high RAP content hot recycled asphalt mixture.The results show that with the increase of RAP content,the high temperature stability of hot recycled asphalt mixture is improved,but the water stability,crack resistance and fatigue resistance are decreased.The dynamic resilience modulus of 20%RAP-50%RAP natural high modulus asphalt hot recycled mixture under the test condition of 20 ℃ and 10 Hz is not less than 13000 MPa,and the fatigue life under the micro-strain level of 130 pa is greater than 1 million times,meeting the technical index requirements of high modulus asphalt mixture.
