Construction Technology of Fiber Concrete Sealing Layer for High Speed Railway Roadbed
The key points for the construction control of fiber reinforced concrete sealing layer on high-speed railway subgrade are introduced.By using a self-made concrete leveling device,the drainage slope is controlled to ensure accurate slope rate and smooth drainage of the sealing layer,and propose a post expansion joint cutting process to improve the quality of expansion joints.The causes of common quality defects such as concrete cracks and water accumulation in the sealing layer is analyzed and disease prevention measures and key process control parameters are proposed.
