以某项目的钢波纹管涵洞设计为依托,在总结分析国内外钢波纹管涵各种结构设计计算方法的基础上,采用CHBDC和AISI法从不同角度对钢波纹管涵结构进行设计检算,并采用有限元软件进行模拟校核.工程实例表明:该法取得了较好的设计效果,对今后类似钢波纹管涵的结构设计检算具有一定的借鉴意义.
Discussion on the Structural Design and Calculation Method of Double Hole Large Diameter New Steel Corrugated Pipe Culvert
Based on the design of steel corrugated pipe culvert in a project,on the basis of summary and analysis of various structural design calculation methods of steel corrugated pipe culvert at home and abroad,CHBDC and AISI methods are used to design and check the structure of steel corrugated pipe culvert from different angles,and finite element software is used to simulate and check.Engineering examples show that the method has achieved good design results,and has certain reference significance for structural design and calculation of similar steel corrugated pipe culverts in the future.
