Mechanical Property Analysis of Shear Resistance Anchoring Bars in Deformation Joint of Utility Tunnel
In relation to the transportation supporting project of utility tunnel for Ezhou East Station,with the calculation model of double-cabin utility tunnel established by means of MPC algorithm,ANSYS finite element software was used to study how the layout,the diameter and the structural stress state of shear resistance anchoring bars impact the mechanical property of the joints under the action of static load.The result shows that,when the utility tunnel withstands the additional load caused by inhomogeneous soil strata,the shear resistance anchoring bars at the roof play the main role.The shear-bearing capacity of the utility tunnel and the cross section of the shear resistance anchoring bars present nonlinear characteristics and,as the cross section increases,the impact on the improvement of shear-bearing capacity gradually decreases,the measures,such as changing the structure of deformation joint,changing the layout of shear resistance anchoring bars,or using other shear resistance structures,are required to improve the shear-bearing capacity of utility tunnel.
