基于装配式设计理念的Π型挡土墙研究

基于装配式挡土墙的设计理念,提出两种Π型挡土墙的结构型式:型式一为上一层挡墙结构单元支撑在下一层结构单元的肋板上,型式二为上一层挡墙结构单元面板支撑于下一层结构单元的肋板顶部,肋板支撑在上下结构单元之间的填土上,上层结构单元通过下层突起面板形成水平位移限定机制传递水平推力。采用数值模拟方法,验证这种挡墙机制的科学性和可靠性。研究表明:Π型挡土墙结构单元之间的接触应力满足结构抗压强度;结构刚度及水平变形满足要求;结构整体稳定性满足要求;相较于传统的衡重式、扶臂式挡土墙,n型挡土墙结构施工便捷,具有较为明显的造价优势。
Study on Π Type Retaining Wall Based on Fabricated Design Philosophy
Based on the design philosophy of fabricated retaining wall,herein two structural forms of Π type retaining wall were put forward.The form 1 was that the upper layer of structural unit of retaining wall was supported on the rib of lower layer of structural unit;and the form 2 was that the faceplate of upper layer of structural unit was supported on the rib top of lower layer of structural unit.The rib was supported on the filling between the upper and lower layers of structural unit.The upper layer of structural unit provided through the protuberant faceplate at the lower layer the mechanism of horizontal displacement limit to transfer horizontal thrust,and this mechanism was proved to be scientific and reliable by numerical simulation.The research shows that,the contact stress between the structural units of Π type retaining wall meets the compressive strength requirement;the structure stiffness and the horizontal deformation meet the requirement;the overall stability of the structure also meets the requirement;and compared with traditional weight-balanced and counterfort retaining wall,Π type retaining wall is superior at the respect of project cost due to its convenient construction.
