摘要

基于宁波某地机制砂石料开采与加工产生的废弃泥饼,通过颗粒分析试验、界限含水率试验、X衍射试验、化学分析试验、击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、承载比试验,判定泥饼的土样种类及测试其力学性能,探讨废弃泥饼是否适用于路基填筑.结果表明:泥饼土样粒组划分为细粒组,工程分类为低液限粉质黏土;粒组组成、界限含水率均在粉土和黏性土之间;最优含水率为20.6%,在路基工程施工过程中,应当注重排水,避免水大量流入土基造成强度下降;外掺3.0%水泥的泥饼土样CBR值较大,满足规范要求,可用于路基填筑.

Abstract

Based on the waste mud cake produced by mechanical sand and gravel mining and processing in a certain place in Ningbo,through particle analysis test,limit water content test,X-ray diffraction test,chemical analysis test,compaction test,unconfined compressive strength test and load ratio test,the soil sample type of mud cake is determined and its mechanical properties are tested,and whether the waste mud cake is suitable for subgrade filling is discussed.The test results show that the particle group of mud cake soil sample is divided into fine particle group,and the engineering classification of soil sample should belong to low liquid limit silty clay;the particle group composition and limit water content are between silt and clay.The optimum moisture content is 20.6%,so drainage should be paid attention to in the construction of subgrade engineering to avoid the strength decline caused by a large amount of water flowing into soil foundation;The California bearing ratio(CBR)of mud cake soil samples mixed with 3.0%cement is large,which meets the requirements of the code and can be used for subgrade filling.
