不同压实方法对水泥稳定碎石混合料性能的影响

基于无侧限抗压强度、弯拉强度、动态回弹模量及温缩试验与三分点加载疲劳试验,对比分析静压成型、振动成型与现场压实试件的力学特性、变形特性及疲劳特性差异。结果表明:试件7天无侧限抗压强度、弯拉强度、动态回弹模量及疲劳特性优劣排序为现场压实>振动成型>静压成型;振动压实试件的力学性能、温缩系数和疲劳寿命与现场压实更为接近,在配合比设计阶段采用振动压实能够减小水泥掺量,降低水泥稳定碎石混合料生产成本;振动压实试件测试水泥稳定碎石混合料力学性能与疲劳特性,有一定的安全度,建议水泥稳定碎石混合料在配合比设计阶段推广应用振动压实工艺。
Influence of Different Compaction Methods on Performance of Cement Stabilized Macadam Mixture
Based on the unconfined compressive strength,flexural strength,dynamic rebound modulus,temperature shrinkage test and three-point loading fatigue test,this paper compared and analyzed the mechanical properties,deformation characteristics and fatigue characteristics of static pressure forming,vibration forming and field compaction specimens.The result shows that,with respect to the 7-day unconfined compressive strength,flexural strength,dynamic rebound modulus and fatigue properties of the specimens,the priority of influence among the three compaction methods is ranked as:field compaction>vibration forming>static pressure forming.The mechanical properties,temperature shrinkage coefficient and fatigue life of the vibrating compaction specimens are closer to those of the field compaction.The application of vibrating compaction in the mix design stage can reduce the cement dosage and cut down the production cost of cement stabilized macadam mixture.Further,it is safer for the vibrating compaction specimen to test the mechanical properties and fatigue characteristics of the cement stabilized macadam mixture.Therefore,it is suggested that vibrating compaction technology should be popularized and applied in the design stage of cement stabilized macadam mixture.
