新旧沥青路面搭接区力学响应及拼宽方式研究

采用有限元分析方法,建立温度场及车辆动荷载耦合作用下新旧沥青搭接路面模型,对路面搭接区力学响应最显著的路面结构层顶层进行应力分析,设置不同搭接宽度下的搭接路面对比模型。结果表明:夏季高温环境下搭接区顶层温度梯度较小,产生的温度应力对搭接区影响不大,车辆动荷载因素才是导致新旧路面搭接区产生拉剪应力的主要原因,随着超限车载的增大,搭接处顶层最大拉应力和剪应力均增大;温度-车辆动荷载耦合作用下建议新旧路面搭接宽度为15~30 cm。
Study on Mechanical Response and Widening Method of Lapped Area of New and Old Asphalt Pavement
The finite element analysis method was adopted to establish the new and old asphalt lap pavement model under the coupling of temperature field and vehicle dynamic load.This model carried out a stress analysis on the top layer of the pavement structure layer with the most significant mechanical response in the pavement lapped area,and set up the lap pavement comparison models at varying lap widths.The result shows that,the temperature gradient of the top layer of the lapped area is smaller under the high temperature environment in summer,and the temperature stress has little effect on the lapped area.The vehicle dynamic load factor constitutes the main reason for the tensile shear stress in the lapped area of the new and old pavement.With the increase of the over-limit vehicle load,the maximum tensile stress and shear stress at the top layer of the lapped area magnifies.Under the coupling effect of temperature and vehicle dynamic load,it is suggested that the lapped width of new and old pavements should be 15-30 cm.
