摘要

以榆神高速神木1号隧道水平旋喷桩超前支护为背景,阐述风积沙地层失稳原因,介绍水平旋喷桩的作用机理、工程特性、施工工艺及关键技术.水平旋喷实施形成的旋喷拱壳可有效解决风积沙地层中隧道施工引起的流沙、漏沙、掌子面失稳及洞周大变形问题;在合理的旋喷参数下,能够以较低的工程造价,实现安全可靠的超前支护,确保隧道施工安全.

Abstract

Based on the pre-support of horizontal jet grouting pile in #1 Shenmu Tunnel of Yulin—Shenmu High Speed Railway,the causes of instability in aeolian sand layer are expounded,and the mechanism,engineering characteristics,construction technology and key technologies of horizontal jet grouting pile are introduced.The arch shell formed by horizontal jet grouting can effectively solve the problems of quicksand,sand leakage,face instability and large deformation around the tunnel caused by tunnel construction in the aeolian sand layer.Under the reasonable parameters of jet grouting,the safe and reliable pre-support can be realized at a lower engineering cost to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.
