摘要

提出一种基于超声波技术的桩孔尺寸检测方法,利用灌注桩桩孔异常检测装置吊坠上的超声波传感器和倾角传感器,分别对桩孔的周壁和吊绳的倾角进行监测和检测,得到桩径偏差和吊绳垂直度,并对超过阈值的偏差值进行异常报警.将该技术应用于某施工现场的钻孔灌注桩,效果良好.

Abstract

In this paper,a pile hole size detection method based on laser radar technology is proposed.The ultrasonic sensor and inclinometer,which are mounted on the pendant of the anomaly detection device at the pile hole of the cast-in-place pile,are used to monitor and detect the inclination angle of the pile hole and the lifting rope,respectively.The pile diameter deviation and the verticality of the lifting rope are thus obtained,and an anomaly alarm is generated for deviation values exceeding the threshold.The technology is applied to a bored pile in a construction site,with good effect.
