摘要

基于穿越岩溶地区深厚砂砾土层的贵南高铁德庆隧道,针对施工过程中防坍塌、防突泥涌水和结构变形控制问题,提出加大预留变形量、中管棚及小导管超前支护、双层支护、径向锚杆和注浆加固等措施;针对隧底基础有效加固和长期稳定问题,提出隧底持力土层注浆加固、土石界面层注浆加固和刚性袖阀管复合桩等措施;开挖由原设计双侧壁导洞桩筏板结构优化为三台阶预留核心土工法,极大提高了施工效率.

Abstract

Based on the Deqing Tunnel Project of Guinan high-speed railway crossing the deep sandy gravel soil layer in karst area,where the issues of collapse prevention,water inrush prevention and structural deformation control were present in the construction process,this paper put forward measures such as:increasing the reserved deformation,advanced support of middle pipe shed and small pipe,double-layer support,radial bolt and grouting reinforcement.As for the problems of effective reinforcement and long-term stability of the foundation at the bottom of the tunnel,this paper proposed measures,such as:grouting reinforcement of the bearing soil layer at the bottom of the tunnel,grouting reinforcement of the soil-rock interface layer and rigid sleeve valve tube composite pile.The excavation is optimized from the original design of the double-side wall guide pile raft structure to the three-step reserved core geotechnical method,which greatly improves the construction efficiency.
