摘要
再生体系遗传转化是现代生物技术的一个重要手段,该技术转化基因稳定、成本低效益高.但基因依赖型和顽抗性植物辣椒对农杆菌不敏感,导致辣椒再生体系遗传转化效率低,且存在基因转移整合或目的基因脱靶等问题.为此,综述了农杆菌介导辣椒遗传转化的基因型、受体、外源添加物、发育调节因子、编辑器、接种物、预培养、侵染时间、共培养以及褐化等影响因素,以期降低辣椒遗传转化风险,提高辣椒再生体系遗传转化效率.
Abstract
Genetic transformation is an important method in the modern biotechnology,which can stably transfer genes with low cost and high benefits.However,the genotype-dependent phenomenon and recalcitrant pepper germplasm,together with the problems of transgenic integration and off-target,result in low efficiency in genetic transformation in pepper.The effects of genotypes,receptors,exogenous additives,developmental regulators,editors,inoculants,pre-culture,infection time,co-culture,and browning on pepper mediated genetic transformation by Agrobacterium were reviewed in this paper with the aims of decreasing the risk and increasing the efficiency of pepper genetic transformation.
