不同浓度6-BA浸种对PEG模拟干旱胁迫下辣椒种子萌发的影响

为研究 6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-benzylaminopurine,6-BA)对辣椒干旱的缓解作用,选择4份辣椒种子进行不同浓度(0、1、3、5 mg/L)的 6-BA浸种处理,浸种24 h 后将种子置于 15%的聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)溶液中进行发芽试验,在第6 d 测定发芽势,第14 d 测定发芽率和发芽指数.结果表明:一定浓度的细胞分裂素 6-BA可以缓解辣椒种子的干旱胁迫,提高辣椒种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数;不同品种辣椒种子对细胞分裂素 6-BA浸种的最适浓度均为 1 mg/L.1 mg/L的6-BA浸种处理能缓解干旱胁迫造成的影响,其中'兴蔬曲美'对 6-BA最敏感,能够最大程度缓解干旱造成的影响.
Effects of Different Concentrations of 6-BA Treatment on the Germination of Pepper Seeds under PEG Simulated Drought Stress
In order to study the effect of 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)on mitigating drought stress of pepper,the pepper seeds were soaked with 6-BA at different concentrations(0,1,3,5 mg/L),respectively.After being soaked for 24 h,the seeds were placed in the 15%polyethylene glycol(PEG)solution for germination test.The germination potential was determined at the 6th day,and the germination rate and germination index were determined at the 14th day.The results showed that a certain concentration of cytokinin 6-BA could alleviate the drought stress of pepper seeds,and improve the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of pepper seeds.The optimal concentration of cytokinin 6-BA for the seeds of different pepper varieties was 1 mg/L.Soaking seeds with 6-BA at the concentration of 1 mg/L can alleviate the effects of drought stress,and the best result was obtained on'Xingshuqumei',which is the variety most sensitive to 6-BA treatment.
