七彩椒的引种与高产栽培

七彩椒属于下垂辣椒(Capsicum baccacum L.)栽培种,是一种既能观赏又能食用的辣椒,其加工品深受消费者的喜爱.近年来,为推动脱贫攻坚和实施乡村振兴产业,拓展农户致富渠道,在湖南汝城对七彩椒进行引种试验和示范推广.试验结果显示:植物学性状观测尤其是花器官观测到七彩椒的花冠中下部有黄绿色斑块;植株茎直立,植株生长势强,株高100 cm左右,株幅为90~130 cm;果单生,果长为2.0~3.5 cm,果肩径为 2.0~3.0 cm,单果重质量为5~10 g,果肉肥厚、脆实,嫩果黄白色转紫色,成熟果红色;单株结果数在270以上,产量在1 500 kg/667 m2 左右,最高产量可达到2 000 kg/667 m2;田间抗病性表现中等.结果表明:在汝城县及周边类似气候条件下适应性良好,可为七彩椒在湖南大面积推广和高产栽培提供借鉴和参考.
Introduction and High-yield Cultivation of Colorful Peppers
Colorful peppers belongs to the cultivated variety of Capsicum baccacum L.,are a type of chili peppers that can be both ornamental and edible,and their processed products are deeply loved by consumers.In recent years,in order to promote poverty alleviation,implement rural revitalization industries,and expand the channels for farmers to become rich,the introduction experiments and demonstration promotions of colorful peppers have been carried out in Rucheng,Hunan.The experimental results showed that there were yellow green patches in the middle and lower parts of the corolla of the seven colored peppers,especially in the observation of botanical traits.The plant has upright stems and strong growth potential,with a height of about 100 cm and a width of 90~130 cm.The fruit is solitary,with a length of 2.0~3.5 cm,a shoulder diameter of 2.0~3.0 cm,and a weight of 5~10 g per fruit.The flesh is thick and crispy,and the tender fruit turns yellow white to purple,while the mature fruit turns red.The number of fruits per plant is above 270,and the yield is around 1500 kg/667 m2.The highest yield can reach up to 2 000 kg/667 m2.The disease resistance in the field is moderate.The results showed that colorful pepper has good adaptability under similar climatic conditions in the Rucheng County and surrounding areas.These results provide valuable reference and guidance for the large-scale promotion and high-yield cultivation of colorful pepper in Hunan.
