Analysis on the Patents of Green Production and Quality Control Technology for Peppers
Pepper is the vegetable crop with the largest production area in China,and its green production and quality control are of great significance to increase yield,improve quality and reduce environmental pollution.This paper analyzed the patent applications in the fields of green production and quality control technology for chili peppers,focusing on the patent layout status of molecular marker technology related to pepper production(including germplasm resource identification and breeding)and quality control,with the aims of providing references for relevant enterprises and research institutions and intelligence support for determination of the direction of the subsequent researches and patent excavation.
