摘要
围绕遵义辣椒产业创新发展进行调查研究,梳理了遵义市近年来在推进辣椒品种培优、标准化种植、加工转型升级、提升贸易服务能力、提升产业知名度、促进产业对外交流与合作等方面的具体措施和取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,并提出实施良种工程、整合优势资源、培育龙头企业、完善市场功能、培育辣椒品牌、市场化举办辣博会等发展对策,以期推动遵义辣椒全产业链可持续高质量发展.
Abstract
A survey on the innovative development of the chili industry in Zunyi was conducted in this study.The specific measures and achievements taken in Zunyi in recent years were summarized,which included promoting the cultivation and optimization of chili varieties,standardized planting,processing transformation and upgrading,enhancing trade service capabilities,improving industry visibility,and promoting external exchanges and cooperation of the industry.The existing problems were analyzed.The development strategies,such as implementing high-quality seed projects,integrating advantageous resources,cultivating leading enterprises,improving market functions,cultivating chili brands,and market-oriented holding chili Expo were proposed to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the entire chili industry chain in Zunyi.
