摘要
互联网已成为社会舆情的"放大器",公众话语权得到极大提升,但同时也容易形成网络舆情危机.因此,政府应及时对此进行回应.但是目前我国政府在网络舆情回应中还面临着回应速度相对滞后、回应信息不全面、回应缺乏双向互动和权威性主体回应缺位等困境.为此,我们应提高政府官员舆情回应素养、转变政府网络舆情回应理念、健全政府舆情回应处置体系、完善网络舆情法律监管体系.
Abstract
The Internet has become an"amplifier"of social public opinion,and citizens'right to speak has been greatly improved,but it is also easy to form a crisis of online public opinion.Therefore,the government should respond to This promptly.the Chinese government is still faced with the dilemma of relatively lagging response speed,incomplete response information,lack of two way interaction and lack of authoritative subject response in the network public opinion response.To this end,we should improve the public opinion response quality of government officials,change the concept of government online public opinion response,improve the government public opinion response and disposal system,and improve the legal supervision system of online public opinion.
