发展新质生产力需要与之相适应的管理人才队伍,高质量应用型新质管理人才有利于加速新质生产力转化能力,为激发新质生产力要素资源活力营造良好管理环境。本文在对现有应用型高校管理人才培养中存在的问题进行剖析的基础上,结合发展新质生产力对管理人才应用能力的要求,通过能力培养与产业发展、工科与商科、创新创业教育与专业、德育与专业四维融合,探索应用型新质管理人才培养模式,并给出实施建议,可为相关理论和实践研究提供参考。
The Training of Application-oriented New Quality Management Talents based on Four-dimensional Fusion
The development of new quality productivity requires a team of management talents that can adapt to it.High-quality applied new quality management talents are conducive to accelerating the transformation ability of new quality productivity and creating a good management environment for stimulating the vitality of factor resources of new quality productivity.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the training of management talents in application-oriented university,this paper explores the training mode of applied new quality management talents through the four-dimensional fusion including ability training and industrial development,engineering and business,innovation and entrepreneurship education and major,moral education and major,which combines with the development of new quality productivity for management talent application ability requirements.Then,implementation suggestions are suggested which can provide reference for relevant theoretical and practical research.
