Coupling and Coordination Analysis of Higher Education,Economic Development and Scientific and Technological Innovation——Taking North China as an Example
Higher education,scientific and technological innovation and economic development are the basic condi-tions for high-quality urban development.This paper selects five provinces and cities in North China as the research object,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system,selects 26 relevant indicators on scientific and techno-logical innovation,higher education and economic development from 2013 to 2021,and explores the coupling and coordination effects of the three major systems of higher education system U1,economic development U2 and scientif-ic and technological innovation U3 in North China through entropy weight method and coupling coordination model.The results show that the comprehensive development level of the three systems in North China shows a steady up-ward trend.However,the development between regions is uneven,and the spatiotemporal pattern of system coupling coordination degree is obviously different.It is suggested to strengthen inter-regional cooperation,promote the coor-dinated development of the system,focus on scientific and technological innovation,and promote the balance of re-gional development.
