Construction of Evaluation Index System for General Talents Training in Applied Colleges and Universities——Taking Shanxi Technology and Business University as an Example
China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization development,and college students are fa-cing more and more employment pressure and survival challenges with the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities and the rapid increase of the number of graduates.In order to comply with the mis-sion and task of higher education modernization in the new era and help graduates obtain high-quality and full em-ployment,applied colleges and universities should continuously deepen the reform and innovation of talent training mode,taking"value shaping"and"ability training"as the basis and constructing a set of evaluation index system for the cultivation of general talents to serve the all-round development and lifelong happiness of students,which can effectively support the goal of general talents training,optimize the links of general talent training,and improve the quality of independent training of generalist talents,and which can train more high-quality,compound,innovative and practical talents for national and local economic and social development.
