摘要
以人民为中心的基层社会治理思想,源于马克思主义唯物史观与马克思主义经典作家基层社会治理思想,承接于中华优秀传统文化,立足于依靠人民群众推动基层社会治理的现实需要,是中国共产党在矛盾转换的关键时期,顺应历史规律,主动作为,勇担历史使命,凝聚基层磅礴伟力的新举措,是化解新时期基层社会复杂矛盾,赢得人民群众支持,构建高质量基层社会治理格局的科学实践.
Abstract
The people-centered grassroots social governance ideology originates from the Marxist materialist concep-tion of history and the grassroots social governance ideology of classic Marxist writers,which inherits the excellent traditional Chinese culture and roots in the practical need of promoting grassroots social governance by relying on the people.It is a new measure taken by CPC during the critical period of contradiction transformation,which com-plies with historical laws,to take the initiative,to bravely shoulder historical missions,and to unite the magnificent strength of the grassroots.In addition,it is a scientific practice to resolve complex grassroots social contradictions in the new era,to win the support of the people,and to construct a high-quality grassroots social governance pattern.
