Investigation and Research on Professional Identity of Rural Kindergarten Teachers in the New Era——Taking Lyuliang City as an Example
Improving the professional identity of rural kindergarten teachers is the prerequisite for building a high-quality preschool education system in the new era and one of the keys to rural revitalization through education.Tak-ing 29 rural kindergarten teachers in Lyuliang City as the research objects,questionnaire and semi-structured inter-view were used to investigate the general situation of professional identity of rural kindergarten teachers.The study found that rural kindergarten teachers have a higher degree of recognition in terms of emotion,professional invest-ment and competence,and a low degree of recognition in terms of career goals and continuous investment.Based on this,we should improve the social support system of rural kindergarten teachers,enhance their social recognition,and strengthen their local awareness.
